Doing good and eating chocolate are such a great combination. Capers Whole Foods Markets are putting on a Chocolate Fest in support of A Loving Spoonful.
It’s happening this Thursday, February 12th from 5pm to 8pm at all of their Vancouver Metro store locations; Kitsilano, Robson, Cambie, and Park Royal.
There will be an assortment of all things chocolate from all of their departments. The sample menu in each store varies a little and some stores will have local vendors participating as well. Sample for a minimum $5 donation with 100% of the proceeds from the event benefiting A Loving Spoonful.
A Loving Spoonful is a volunteer-driven, non-partisan Society that provides free, nutritious meals to people living with HIV/AIDS in Greater Vancouver.
There’s going to be some awesome chocolate from great chocolatiers and chocolate manufacturers. So get out there and do some good, eat some chocolate and take advantage of the timing – two days before Valentine’s Day – to pick up some fair trade, organic or premium chocolates for your sweetheart. Or yourself!
